Sara Kruse and Lauren Duke are our names, and getting down to the nitty-gritty of real estate operations is our game. Why? Because there's more to this industry than just closing deals. Seriously, someone needs to be teaching these agents how to actually run their businesses! So, we rolled up our sleeves and thought, why not us?
After working together for over three years, surviving a toxic workplace, and launching SKLD Consulting in a whirlwind adventure (cue Sara on a cruise ship), we now help real estate agents streamline their operations, create efficient workflows, and finally breathe a sigh of relief.
