Your marketing mojo is missing, and it's time to get it back.
Let's face it, the real estate market is a jungle, and if you're not standing out from the crowd, you're blending in. You need to be the leopard in this jungle, the one that makes potential clients say, "Wow, that's the person I want to work with!"
So, ditch the boring and overdone marketing tactics and let's get real. Here's how to revamp your marketing game and turn those crickets into a chorus of eager clients:
Know your audience: Stop treating everyone like a faceless blob. Who are you trying to attract? Knowing your target audience is like having a secret weapon that unlocks their hearts and pocketbooks. A 23 year old first time homebuyer has different interests than a 60 year old couple downsizing… who are you talking to?
Define your Value Proposition: What makes you the Beyoncé of real estate? What makes you stand out from the crowd of realtors who all seem to blend into one? Identify your unique selling points and shout them out.
Highlight your Achievements: Don't just brag about your good looks (although I'm sure you could). Share relevant success stories or data that demonstrate your track record of success. For instance, mention the number of satisfied clients you've served or the average closing time you achieve.
Follow Up and Track Everything: Which emails are being opened? Which posts are being seen and/or shared? What are people consuming? Make more of THAT!
And finally– PICK UP THE DARN PHONE!! Marketing is not about selling houses; it's about building relationships and creating a connection with potential clients. So, ditch the boring and easy stuff that you and every other agent is doing, get uncomfortable and you will see results!
